Meet Emma McCormick :)
Meet Emma McCormick's Business:
(psst - like her page so you can stay updated on new crafty details too!)
:)
I met this lovely girl actually through Instagram (oh the mysterious ways of social media)
I was curious when I scrolled through her feed #crafternoon
Yes: #CRAFTERNOON
I liked it!
Emma's business: party planning and coordination, stylized photoshoots, and Pop up Crafternoons for DIY'er and the likes, yes you guessed it called
#Crafternoons
(PS. I LOVE crafting)
We got into touch and met up for coffee right away! And only a few short weeks later, Emma and I hosted a #crafternoon together which sold out very quickly (how incredible xo). Our first workshop together, I was able to teach: how to assemble a floral head wreath, ok.... STOP right here - how fun was it to share my passion with 12 wonderful ladies in the middle of downtown Victoria in a most amazing afternoon venue! I was simply thrilled with the fun opportunity to align myself with such an incredible soul and fun local business.
Take a look at the amazing images from Element Photography, whom by the way also attended the course and produced a very stunning piece (which I was told she rocked her crown downtown the whole day! Go Erika!)
Yes, the talented Emma designed and styled this gorgeous refreshment and snack table sprinkled with macaron's from Bon Macaron Patisserie - delish!
I was also lucky enough to be sitting beside Ms. Talented and super sweet Laura of Laura Lavender Calligraphy who designed signage for our day!
Beautiful!
Ha! There I am! It truly was spectacular to spend an afternoon with mostly strangers, learning and having fun together! It's really quite an amazing feeling.
I am pretty sure each student designer created the most stunning pieces uniquely suited to their personalities :) Have a look at just some of the final pieces
So, here's the thing. Teaming up with Emma was so incredible, we're hosting yet another workshop
