A Little West Coast Salt Spring Inspired Wedding

Tuesday, 5 May 2015

Thinking back to this wedding only makes my heart stop!  It was our first 2015 wedding of the season and a gorgeous floral palette in whites and soft greens that song to my very own heart. Michelle Pichert Photography sent us some gorgeous images of the bridal party items and we love them! The bride was very influenced by nature, all things west coast and wanted a relaxed and lush theme through out wedding.  She wore a stunning simple, yet gorgeous gown which complimented the florals nicely.  We used lush, fully opened 'Alabaster' garden rose (one of my favourites, always a for sure win with their scent and display), anemones, ranunculus and parrot tulips accented the bouquet and we pulled hellebores from our cutting garden.  Seeded Eucalyptus and ferns were used to create a natural flow in her bouquet.

I love this image.  I remember delivering this wedding, 'Petal', our new delivery van had never smelt so good!  A drive down with the scent of flowers is, I must say, quite delish!  We kept a few loose blooms to delicately place in her hair.  Just the sweetest little touch!

Ah!  Don't you just adore precious little flower girls?  Me too! This little sweet heart wore one of our floral crowns and carried a little posy all to herself!  Nothing sweeter!

Can't forget the men!  The sweetest boutonnieres!
