I love blogging up stellar corporate events! This one event threw some dreamy bucket list items I have always wanted to create right off the list. Emma McCormick Production & Planning and Leia of The Studio Design teamed together to produce the feel, design and flow of the evening, and truly it couldn't have went smoother. Platinum Floral Designs was contracted to produce installations that became truly the 'centrepiece' of Uptowns Fashion & Beauty event. Have a look!
Emma McCormick transformed a massive 8,000 sq.feet of RAW space at Uptown into an evening of luxury. From showcasing local retailers, make-up artists and of course a grand fashion show featuring retailers at Uptown. Custom walls, lighting, great food, cocktails and lounges were all on display for an evening of fun for the 100 guests that were lucky enough to attend.
We wanted the evenings flowers to be pops of vibrant colours to capture the upbeat vibe and we even included a few awesome tropical varieties too!
The 'Beauty Bar' was a huge hit and guests were able to get mini make-overs as they arrived.
KGoodphoto was there in such a unique way. Not only did she capture the entire evening, she set up a photo booth like none other. Her equipment was suspended from the roof and guests hopped into bed with unique quotes and pics were snapped from above. So awesome KGoodphoto.
The 'Maker's Market' featured local artisans such as Pipe Dream Creative. If you haven't discovered Pipe Dream yet, I highly suggest you do!
Featured here was a custom Bar brought in from Bash Speciality and we swagged it with a fun garland, beause ABSOLUTELY!
How beautiful was the 'Friday Lounge'? Pieces from Bash Speciality and custom floral arrangements to perch amongst it all, hmmmm YAS! I definitely took a load off here when we were all set and ready to go. Love me a great lounge.
What a fantastic, fun and bold night this was. Hats off to Uptown for hosting such an incredible evening for all to gather, be fashionable, look glamorous and celebrate. Thank you to everyone involved in this evening, it truly took mountains of team work!
