AH! What can I say. This wedding was simply incredible and one of my favorite ones to create! Alexa Falk (which happens to be an amazing country singer out of Utah) had a unique colour palette for her wedding. She wanted to incorporate timeless gold and ivory details with intense hues of purple. I can say I had a blast creating the floral order and was dying all season in anticipation for the arrival of their special day. Ashley and Brandon Photography hands down floored me with amazing images of the day. Alexa's bridal bouquet had so many different textures using a wide range of flowers to create a visually striking bouquet. Just some of the elements used were local dahlias, vanda orchids, parrot tulips, garden roses, veronica, sweet peas, calla lily and anemones. We then cascaded lush hand died silk ribbons by Silk & Willow to finish off the look.
No detail was missed! Vanities (provided by Trend Decor) were cascaded with fresh greenery garlands, and rose petals added to the romance.
Cocktail tables we set with stunning centerpieces and gold accents, rose petals and lush linens!
Inside the reception, the head table was beautifully set using gold sequin linens and gold charger plates with a very pretty detailing. Tablescapes of roses flooded the length of the table mixed with candle light in gold mercury, and beautiful soap favours (local soap produced by Jody's Naturals), a touch of rosemary and beautiful tags by Studio 745 finished the look perfectly.
The centerpieces were so amazing, lush and full of texture. We used our compote vases and jammed packed them full of product.
Can't go wrong with vanda orchid boutonnieres!
A beautiful day with a beautiful family. I simply cannot ask for more.
