Diner En Blanc - Victoria. The first to take place on beautiful Vancouver Island. Diner En Blanc started some 25 years ago in Paris and is an event that has now spread worldwide. When we received our invitation from Brink Events to be apart of this unique experience, we were absolutely thrilled!
If you haven't heard about Diner En Blanc or don't know what it's about, here's the simple version. It's a diner, a picnic, a secret location, all elegantly dressed in white. It's a magical evening that will truly blow you away. You bring your diner, your table, chairs, tables settings and your friends.
So here we were waiting for our transportation into the Secret location. My fabulous husband above holding our diner arrangement!
Here's one of the first few buses to arrive at St.Anne's Academy! Everyone was bustling with excitement. Getting off the bus was like getting off in Paris, you could here the french accordian music being played. The ambience had already been set!
Here we are, all 800 guests setting up and ready to enjoy the evening.
As the night wore, the sun had set, dancing began and at 10 pm, the entire night lit up in sparklers. It was so magical. I thank the sponsors and organizers deeply for this incredible event! We can't wait till nest year!
