St.Anne's Academy and The Fairmont Empress Combine for a Beautiful Summer Wedding

What a true fairytale of a wedding.  I had met Christina at last years Wedding Walk hosted by the
Victoria Wedding Collective. Christina had flown in all the way from Saskatchewan!  I was thrilled, if you didn't know, I am a born and raised prairie girl myself.  Let's just say we hit it off.  We went through a few different design styles/colour choices before we hit the final design which ended up being quite a bit different then the original plan, but we were happy to work through all the ideas with Christina.  The final product was a mixture of different hues and textures which made for a beautiful display.

Christina's bridal bouquet was made up of both imported and local product including locally grown blackberries, poppy pods, queen annes lace and passion fruit vine (right from my private cutting garden - always makes me tinkled pink when I can include items from the garden)

The ceremony was held at the always stunning St.Anne's Academy.  Stunning pew markers using Juliet garden roses flanked the aisle and 2 large ceremony arrangements set the spot to tie the knot!

The bridal party then headed down to the beach to capture some incredible Westcoast images!  If I was a prairie girl getting married on stunning Vancouver Island, that would absolutely be on the MUST DO list... stunning images Lilo!

From the ceremony site, we moved down to The Fairmont Empress to begin set up for the reception, which was done so nicely using Decorate Victoria's crystal candelabras', truly, how can you go wrong?  We topped the candelabra's with a stunning display of flowers on top!  Hydrangea, roses, lisianthus, queen anne's lace and eucalyptus were all used to create with.

This wedding was so incredible, I was honoured to be part of of it.  I wish my fellow prairie lovers the most magical love truly forever!
