It's that time of year, my favourite time of year, gardening season has begun!
It's becoming more and more important to me that I find local sources for my families food for so many reasons! It also came to my attention last Spring, that many of us has NEVER grown a garden and have absolutely NO idea what to do or how to start. City living can reduce the amount of space we have to garden, but don't let it be an excuse for not producing anything at all. It's also very important to me that I contribute to re-teaching these skills to as many as I can! So this year, I've decided to grow many more tomato seedlings than I personally need, and I am giving them away with a little facebook like and share in hopes of inspiring you to grow and to produce your own little haven of goodness.
Trust me, if you've never eaten a fresh garden tomato before, you are missing out on something extremely wonderful. The taste of a fresh garden tomato is like none other!
So here's the deal:
I have 15 heirloom tomato varies to give -away. Not only will you get your seedling, you'll get information on the care of your tomato plant, a large standard black pot with fresh composted soil, stakes and tape as needed. Everything you'll need for the survival of your plant. ( FYI: the only thing I cannot provide to you is love and care for your plants survival which can only come from YOU!). Plus I'll throw in a sweetly designed floral arrangement for you to enjoy too!
