On a personal note.....

So, I've been trying to keep up with my blogging as I had completely fallen away from it last year.  This year, I wanted to try it again!  Today, I just want to touch on something that has been on my mind of years now, but never really knew where to start, it's personal and not really about flowers, although I find a lot of happiness in holding a flower, watching it grow or arranging it!  

When I read the quote "Together we can change the world, one deed at a time", it made complete sense.  I believe we are all connected to everything, every living thing, and in that, we, with every action, create a re-action!  Good or bad, we choose to send that "vibe" into the air, into our surrounding world.  It also makes sense that with 1 drop of water comes more drops of water, and when those drops of water continue to fall together, they create a rain storm, creating puddles, filling ponds, lakes and oceans.  From there life is born. 

Since becoming a mother, my view of the world has changed, I can see things more clearly now and want to instill lessons in my children.  I want them to know love, community, peace, harmony.  I am sure every Mother can relate and some of you may even be rolling your eyes and saying "impossible".  I truly and honestly believe that change comes when enough little drops happen to create that storm.

I didn't ever believe that one single person can change the direction of our worlds path, but then it came to me, if no one starts to drop a tiny rain drop, nothing would ever happen.  So here's what I am saying in my gigantic ramble.

From this day forth {ohhh, I sound so political}, I will try my hardest to send out good vibes into this world, to treat everyone, everything as if they are a deep part of me, because you are - you are connected, we are connected on a level I don't think even I fully understand.  Whomever you are! 

I promise to stop and truly look at the beauty around me, to see you in a different light, to connect with you, to make a positive leap in which I hope ripples out into the universe. 

Today, I start and guess what, you're going to hear about my journey's.  I welcome you to do the same to open your heart and change our world, one drop at a time!
