Here it is, our final post on the David Foster Foundation Events held at Oak Bay Beach Hotel, 2013. So there was the intro, the fountain flowers featured in Part 1- expecting guests arrived with a prelude of what was yet to come. Then there was the Tree of Life in Part 2 - the show stopping piece, and finally there was the Theatre - all dressed for an intimate and formal evening with David Foster and Friends.

Of course each guest attending the amazing evening sat at beautifully set tables including show stopping crystal candlebra's provided by Designer Wedding and Special Occasion Rentals. We created a base of flowers including hydrangea, lavender 'Cool Water' Roses, Mokara Orchids, Lilac and Blue Bells.

The incredible candle light and the purple lights (provided by Designer Light Scapes) really transformed the already beautiful theatre into an evening of celebration.

We were lucky enough to be setting the room while David Foster and Friends were running through their rehearsal which by the way was one hell of a way to set up a room!

The center long run of rectangular tables were set with orchids for that special touch and elegant candle light through out.
Everything went off without a hitch and the evening was filled with delightful music, food and incredible wine pairings. Thank you to Oak Bay Beach Hotel and to the David Foster Foundation for allowing Platinum Floral Designs, for the second year in a row, to be apart of something truly magical, to be apart of something I know will benefit Canadian families!
